Dominique (Domi) is the Vice President of Learning Operations for SAI360. She is a passionate and ambitious leader with 10+ years’ experience in Operations & Customer Success and has a love for driving innovative change to organizations that align to company objectives. Throughout her career Domi has led global teams and has brought complex projects to completion, from implementing new pricing globally, to standing localization programs and introducing new systems to streamline organizational processes. Domi always likes a new challenge and thrives in bringing teams together to achieve one goal, while promoting a positive and supportive culture. Domi lives in Boston with her husband and 2 kids. In her free time, she loves traveling with her family, cooking and enjoying good wine, and watching Formula 1 races.
Cassie has spent 12+ years in the localization industry. She started off in Program Management Operations at SDL (now RWS) for 8 years where she partnered with large tech companies helping them build, scale and optimize their localization programs. She then moved to the buy-side at Twilio where she spent 2 years building a localization program for the Marketing organization from the ground up. Here she created a process that allowed Twilio to increase translation and localization of their key customer facing content by 90% and helped launch their website into 5+ languages. With this unique mix of experience she understands both the needs of the customer and the innovation and partnership that RWS can provide.
